How does the Cadence test work ?

The Swift Cadence test is not the same as the normal 'fast feet' tapping style drills you may have seen before.
It is however a an extension of 'bounding' where it the aim is to have the whole body airborne between 'steps'
To achieve this you really need to focus on 
  1. Having high knees
  2. Ensuring you actually have a phase between steps when NO FEET ARE ON THE MAT
Give this a try with this in mind and you will quickly see its a drill that requires some skill, and co-ordination.
